hey! So, you’ve stumbled across my blog...this is where I share my musings on everything from mindfulness and reiki to vegan recipes and sustainability. I find writing quite soothing so this is a nice little outlet for me but I also hope it brings something good to someone else’s day too.
Mindfulness is a kind of non-judgemental awareness and being ‘present’ in the moment. Incorporating mindfulness into your daily life can have a positive effect on your mental health, the planet and even ripple out to those around you. So, Recipe for Mindfulness is about being peacefully aware while engaging in the simple things in life (food being a really important one!).
